Simmonds work with several housing Associations and Local Authorities covering Cyclical Maintenance, modernisation programmes, conversions into flats, new build homes and work on public buildings. Our specially selected workforce work in close co-operation with the tenants to ensure we have smooth running, trouble free contract. Our work for Local Authorities has recently included modernisation and fitting out of a museum, which was undertaken as a Design and Build Contract. We look for long term agreements which enable us to offer a good quality and reliable service.
